For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Wealthveda Technology Private Limited is the Data Fiduciary that determines the purpose and means of processing your personal data. Any reference to "we", "us", or "our" in this policy means Wealthveda Technology Private Limited.

- Phone number — used for account authentication via WhatsApp OTP
- Email address — provided during subscription or support requests
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, search queries, and interaction patterns collected through analytics tools

How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide and improve our services:
- Authenticate your identity and manage your account

- Send transactional messages (OTPs, payment confirmations)

Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following service providers, strictly for operational purposes:
- Razorpay — payment processing (name, email, phone, transaction details)
- WhatsApp / Meta — OTP delivery and transactional messaging
- Google Analytics — anonymised usage analytics to understand how users interact with our platform
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — advertising pixel for measuring ad campaign performance and enabling retargeting. Collects page visit data, device information, and interaction events. Only activated after you accept cookies. Meta may use this data per their own Data Policy.
- ContentSquare — session replay and heatmap analytics to improve user experience. Only activated after you accept cookies.
Each provider processes data under their own privacy policies and applicable regulations.
