Acceptance of Terms

"EquiSense", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Wealthveda Technology Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated in India under CIN U62011RJ2025PTC109077. EquiSense is the brand name under which the company operates this platform.

By accessing or using EquiSense, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

Service Description

EquiSense is an AI-powered equity research platform that provides stock analysis, market data aggregation, and educational content. Key points about our service:

• We are NOT registered with SEBI as an investment advisor, research analyst, or broker
• All analysis is AI-generated and should not be treated as professional financial advice
• Market data is sourced from publicly available sources and may have delays
• We provide tools for research, not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any security

Accounts & Authentication

To access certain features, you must create an account:

• Authentication is performed via WhatsApp OTP sent to your registered phone number
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and current information
• One account per person — sharing credentials or creating multiple accounts is prohibited
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

Subscriptions & Payments

EquiSense offers both free and paid subscription tiers:

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay and are charged in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Subscription prices are displayed on the pricing page and may change with prior notice
• Paid subscriptions provide access to premium features for the duration of the billing period
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated

Refund Policy

We offer a 10-day money-back offer on the Quantum Annual plan. It works as follows:

• The offer is available on the Quantum Annual plan, whether a new purchase or an upgrade to Quantum Annual from another plan. It does not apply to the monthly plan, to other tiers (Origin, Pulse), or to renewals, reactivations, or heavily discounted/coupon purchases beyond the standard annual offer.
• To request a refund, email support@equisense.ai within 10 calendar days of your purchase or upgrade, with your registered phone number and transaction details.
• One refund per customer, per payment method, per lifetime. A previously refunded account is not eligible again.
• The amount charged for the Quantum Annual purchase (or the upgrade) is refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. On an upgrade refund, the account reverts to its previous plan, or is cancelled if there was none.
• This is a product-satisfaction offer only. EquiSense is a research tool, is not SEBI-registered, and makes no assurance of investment returns; refunds are never tied to your trading outcomes.
• We may decline a refund where we detect abuse, such as bulk data extraction, multiple or linked accounts, or sign-ups intended to exploit the offer, at our discretion. We may modify or withdraw this offer for future purchases; purchases already made are honored under the terms in effect at the time of purchase.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of SEBI regulations
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from EquiSense
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit platform content without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure
• Misrepresent EquiSense content as professional investment advice

Intellectual Property

All content on EquiSense — including but not limited to the design, code, text, graphics, logos, and AI-generated analyses — is the property of EquiSense and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

AI-Generated Content

All analyses, summaries, and insights on EquiSense are generated by artificial intelligence. This content:

• May contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
• Does NOT constitute investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security
• Should always be verified against official sources (NSE, BSE, SEBI, company filings)
• Is provided "as is" without any warranty of accuracy or completeness

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• EquiSense is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
• We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's accuracy, reliability, or availability
• We shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform
• We are NOT responsible for any investment losses or financial decisions made based on information from our platform
• Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of EquiSense shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the platform. Continued use of EquiSense after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
